Fun Fact: If you don't want your life partner chef to divorce you over haphazardly chopped chives for the baked potatoes, follow these instructions exactly: Gather chives in a bundle and wrap with a damp paper towel. Use a sharp knife for clean, uniform cuts. - Chef Michael
